- Orders are processed and dispatched from our warehouse within 24–48 business hours of confirmation.

2. Shipping Charges
- Standard shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on weight and delivery location.
- We may offer free shipping on promotional events, bulk orders, or for orders above a certain value (as displayed on our website).
- Any applicable taxes will be included in the final price shown at checkout.
3. Delivery Timelines
- Metro Cities (Delhi, Mumbai, Bengaluru, etc.): 2–5 business days.
- Tier-2 & Tier-3 Cities: 4–7 business days.
- Remote / Difficult-to-Access Locations: 7–10 business days.
- Estimated delivery timelines are provided at checkout; however, they are indicative and not guaranteed.
4. Order Tracking
- Once dispatched, you will receive a tracking ID via SMS/email.
- You can track your order directly on our website or through the courier partner’s tracking page.

5. Delivery Process
- Orders are delivered to the shipping address provided at checkout.
- Signature or OTP verification may be required at the time of delivery.
- If you are unavailable, the courier partner may attempt re-delivery or leave the package with a neighbor/concierge (where applicable).
- In case of failed delivery attempts, the order may be returned to us. Re-shipping charges may apply.

- Currently, we do not ship internationally.

8. Damaged or Missing Items
- If your package arrives damaged, please take photos and contact us within 24 hours of delivery.
- If any items are missing, notify us within 48 hours so we can investigate and resolve the issue.
- Replacement or refund decisions will be made at our discretion after verification.
