  • Orders are processed and dispatched from our warehouse within 24–48 business hours of confirmation.
  • Delivery timelines may vary depending on your location, courier partner, and external factors (weather, holidays, strikes, etc.).

2. Shipping Charges

  • Standard shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on weight and delivery location.
  • We may offer free shipping on promotional events, bulk orders, or for orders above a certain value (as displayed on our website).
  • Any applicable taxes will be included in the final price shown at checkout.

3. Delivery Timelines

  • Metro Cities (Delhi, Mumbai, Bengaluru, etc.): 2–5 business days.
  • Tier-2 & Tier-3 Cities: 4–7 business days.
  • Remote / Difficult-to-Access Locations: 7–10 business days.
  • Estimated delivery timelines are provided at checkout; however, they are indicative and not guaranteed.

4. Order Tracking

  • Once dispatched, you will receive a tracking ID via SMS/email.
  • You can track your order directly on our website or through the courier partner’s tracking page.

5. Delivery Process

  • Orders are delivered to the shipping address provided at checkout.
  • Signature or OTP verification may be required at the time of delivery.
  • If you are unavailable, the courier partner may attempt re-delivery or leave the package with a neighbor/concierge (where applicable).
  • In case of failed delivery attempts, the order may be returned to us. Re-shipping charges may apply.

6. International Shipping

  • Currently, we do not ship internationally.
  • We only deliver within India.

  • If any items are missing, notify us within 48 hours so we can investigate and resolve the issue.
