These energy-packed dry fruit laddu are a healthy and delicious way to satisfy your sweet tooth without any added sugar. Made with premium dates, figs, almonds, pistachios, and cashews, these ladoos are perfect for after meals, snacks, or festive treats.
Rich in fiber, protein, and natural sweetness, these homemade dry fruit laddu give you energy while keeping it wholesome.

Ingredients

1 cup Dates, pitted
- 1/2 cup Anjeer (Figs)

1/4 cup Almonds, roasted

1/4 cup Pistachios
-
1/4 cup Cashews
-
1 tsp cardamom powder (optional)
Optional Coating:

Desiccated coconut
- Finely chopped pistachios

How to Make Healthy Dry Fruit Ladoo

Step 1: Prepare the Date-Fig Paste
In a food processor or strong blender, combine pitted dates and Anjeer (figs). Blend until a sticky paste forms.
Step 2: Add Nuts & Cardamom
Add roasted almonds, pistachios, and cashews to the date-figs paste.
Add cardamom powder if using.
Step 3: Blend the Mixture
Grind until all ingredients are well combined. For a crunchy texture, you can leave it slightly coarse.
Step 4: Shape the Ladoos
Take small portions of the mixture and roll between your palms to form round ladoos.
Step 5: Optional Coating
Roll the finished ladoos in desiccated coconut or finely chopped pistachios for extra flavor and presentation.
Step 6: Storage
Store in an airtight container. Can last up to 2 weeks at room temperature or longer in the fridge.
